We work mainly within the planning and highways consents processes to achieve sustainable multimodal (pedestrian, cycle & vehicle) movement inside and around all types of development and infrastructure. Project: Powerleague Shoreditch

Assessment.

We undertake a full range of assessments - Transport Assessments & Statements, pedestrian capacity & comfort assessments etc. We prepare a full range of operational plans - Delivery and Servicing Plans, Construction Logistic Plans etc. We prepare and implement Travel Plans. We undertake site inspections and appraise sites. We design a full range of site and highway surveys and audits.

Project: Ashwin Street S278 Improvements

Design.

We undertake multimodal on-site design - site layout and site access. We undertake multimodal off-site design - urban/streetscape, highway and traffic management. We undertake network capacity assessment (LinSig 3 & Junctions 10) to inform junction design. We analyse swept-paths using Autodesk Vehicle Tracking software. We design at the preliminary and detailed stages.

Design.

Project: Dalston Western Curve

Negotiation.

We negotiate with Local, Regional and National Authorities and Stakeholders. We support agreeing Heads of Terms and Contract Exchange. We manage highways legal agreements - Section 278, Section 38 etc. We prepare and manage highways consent applications - Traffic Order (TRO/TMO), Stopping Up, Crossover Licence etc. We apply for planning permission for smaller development including changes of use.
